Our Ministry
Serving the church | cultivating the creative process
Paxson and Allison share a passion for worship and have been leading and writing worship songs together for over twenty years. Their recording projects include a variety of psalms, hymns, and original worship songs. They formed Rhythm of Worship in 2003 to provide musical, liturgical, and devotional resources; formative teaching; and practical training for the church. These resources and services are available online through their website and onsite by booking them for a worship event, seminars, workshops, or consultation.
Celebrating 25 Years of Ministry (1998-2023)
Since 1998, Paxson has served at four churches, coast to coast, in the Presbyterian Church in America (PCA)
Consistently reading God’s word and cultivating spiritual practices in the home during the week can be a challenge. Paxson’s new book, Engaging God’s Story: Weekly Devotions for the Christian Year (Year A), provides lectionary readings, a devotion, questions for reflection, and a prayer of response for each Sunday in the Christian year. Engaging God’s Story is a great resource for worship planning, sermon preparation, personal or family devotions, and small group Bible studies. Click here to purchase a copy.
In 2020 we released our sixth recording project, You Keep Hope Alive. Check out the video below for a preview of these worship songs. Click here to purchase this project.
